She has worked on a broad range of titles including Bunkerworld, Tankerworld, Portworld, Sustainable Shipping, Lubesworld and Lube Magazine as well as on ICIS’s online and print publications.

 

Shelley has covered a wide spectrum of products ranging from fuel oils to speciality chemicals and has been focused on the ICIS Base Oils (Europe) report for the past two years.

She has an honours degree in French and Russian and is currently Senior Editor Manager at ICIS pricing and ICIS news (Europe).
