The ICIS training webinar may only be viewed by authorised user(s). Both the host website and the corresponding Q&A session will be policed throughout the duration of the webinar. 

Security
It is not possible to copy, or otherwise download any of the ICIS webinar elements.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to oliver.palmer@icis.com. If you cancel prior to viewing the webinar, a full refund will be given. If you cancel thereafter, no refund is given.

Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, and timing of the webinar.
